2022 Social Media Metrics

Below are metrics gathered from Hootsuite on multiple accounts I oversee. These accounts are in the contracting business and are lead gen and brand awareness focused. Both are fairly new to social with one also being a new company. Also too note: Account 2 pays for ads on both Instagram and Facebook. Account 1 does not pay for ads.

I arrived towards the back end of 2022. When I took over the accounts my focus was to make more engaging and creative content. Having the purpose of sticking in the customers mind when it came time for our products and services in their lives.

Overall it was very successful year and continues into 2023. We are focusing more on reels (short form videos) on Instagram and TikTok. We recently (2023) implemented leads in TikTok to try and help gauge how TikTok is as lead generating.
